Well, we ended the holiday season with a trip Grand Island and St. Paul to celebrate Christmas with Nate's family. Unfortunately, I have no photos. But, we did spend Christmas morning with Nate's family...we got to GI in time to go to church. After church, we had our usual Christmas brunch...Nate's fave: biscuits and gravy! We then changed into our pajamas (again, a usual!) to open Christmas gifts. On Christmas night, we ate a delicious meal with more of Nate's family. On the day after Christmas we headed to St. Paul to spend time with the Jepson side of Nate's family. As always, it was a hoot! We played endless games of bingo, enjoyed a visit from Santa, and then played a couple games of LCR where we lost both games to Amy and Pat!
All in all, it was a beautiful Christmas. Spending time with family and friends is our favorite thing to do and though we enjoy living out in the boondocks, we do wish we could see them more. I am so thankful for our family!
